My life has been filled with challenges, victories, and a passion for living a healthy lifestyle, practicing elite sports, and helping others. Since childhood, I have felt that sports are where I belong. My name is Melina Keltaniemi, and I am a two-time IFBB PRO Bikini Fitness World Champion.
I took my first steps into the world of competitive sports by joining cheerleading. Coaching came naturally to me, so while I was guiding younger athletes, I pursued education to become a personal trainer and fitness coach. This was just the beginning of a long journey towards my dreams, a journey that was not without its share of setbacks.
In 2016, I participated for the first time Finnish championship in and managed to win, despite being fortunate with luck. Winning took a lot of hard work, training, and perseverance through the many disappointments I faced. However, it also fulfilled my initial goal.
The following year, in 2017, I earned my IFBB Elite Pro professional card, which marked my entry into the professional athlete's realm. Those years were not all about the joy of victory; they tested my perseverance and demanded tears. Nevertheless, every tear and drop of sweat became a part of my journey.
Later, in 2018, I stood on the stage as the winner of the IFBB Pro World Championship. It was a moment I had pursued for so long, but there were more than just victories behind it. Every loss, every failure taught me something, and they shaped me into becoming a stronger individual.
In 2019, I reached a significant milestone by winning my second Bikini Fitness world championship. This motivated me to get closer to my ultimate goal of sharing my knowledge and helping others achieve their success. That's why I founded Team MK Pro, a coaching team where I collaborate with incredible athletes to help them reach their full potential.
However, sports is not my only passion. As a personal trainer and social media influencer, I have had the privilege of inspiring and assisting people worldwide in their fitness and lifestyle goals. Nevertheless, my biggest dream has been brewing in the background for a long time, and I am thrilled to finally introduce my new project to you.
MK Performance was founded on the idea of combining fashion, quality, and well-being. Our goal is to bring products to the market that embody the mindset of a winner and inspire everyone to believe in their own abilities and strive for excellence.
